Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our growing clinic specializing in personal injury rehabilitation.

Location
You have the choice to work out of any of the following locations: 
-Cumming, GA
-Conyers, GA
-Gainesville/Oakwood, GA
-Lawrenceville, GA
-Marietta, GA
-Riverdale, GA

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care (Telehealth & In-Person)
  •  Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans 
  •  Deliver care primarily via telehealth, with in-person visits for assessments and manual therapy 
  •  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes 
Clinical Leadership
  •  Serve as the primary Physical Therapist in the practice 
  •  Contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, and best practices 
  •  Support future growth initiatives and potential leadership opportunities 
Documentation & Compliance
  •  Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR)
  •  Ensure compliance with Georgia state regulations and payer requirements 
Patient Education
  •  Provide guidance on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention 
  •  Encourage patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans 
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program 
  • Active Georgia Physical Therapy license (required)
  •  Experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation
  •  Personal injury experience preferred (not required) 
  •  Comfortable using telehealth platforms
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
